ZenOptics offers a solution for self-service BI governance that utilizes existing investments in BI and data analytics. The tool enables secure, end-user access in a portal-like environment which facilitates access to reports and dashboards built with different tools. ZenOptics requires no special training and surfaces reports and dashboards in their native user experience. Users can also take advantage of proprietary machine learning to recommend or suggest reports based on consumption patterns of other users.
